Our Principal Ceramic Consultant Mr.Saseedaran Kumaran, a post-graduate gold medalist in Ceramic Technology, is a versatile Ceramic Specialist with more than thirty years of experience in the field of Ceramics. Saseedaran also holds a post graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA).

He began his career as a trainee and worked his way up the career ladder to lead one of largest sanitary ware manufacturing company in India. Throughout his career, he has pioneered many successful green field projects, expansion projects and refurbishment operations. Saseedaran has contributed to the growth of numerous businesses by increasing the productivity and profit margin many fold.

He is a proven expert in establishing new plant layouts, overseeing the erection and commissioning of new Kilns, introducing new and successful models, formulating Body/Glaze recipes, identifying raw materials and machinery, implementing new technologies, automating processes and reducing costs. He has worked with specialists from across the globe and has a broad understanding of techniques and operations practised in different countries.

His waste management ideas and practices such as "Kiln Waste Heat Recovery Systems" that aims at reusing the waste heat in Casting, Molding, ware drying etc has helped business save millions annually. With an eye for perfection and foresight, he is well known for setting many breakthroughs in the ceramic industry technically and operationally.
