JSAVP follows appropriate measures for ensuring compliance with current and future changes to International and National data protection / privacy laws.

• JSAVP will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any technical and sensitive information related to client business, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Personally Identifiable Financial Information (PIFI) that our clients, employees, vendors or other stakeholders share with us.

• JSAVP will limit the collection and use of such information to the minimum we require for delivering superior service to our clients. Access to this information shall be provided on a strict need-to-know basis.

• JSAVP will permit only authorized employees or contractors, who are trained in the proper handling of sensitive information, to have access to this information. Associates or contractors who violate our Privacy Policy will be subject to our disciplinary process.

• JSAVP will process such information in accordance with the rights of the individuals concerned.

• JSAVP will not reveal such information to any external organization unless we have previously informed the stakeholder in disclosures or agreements, have been authorized by the stakeholder, or are required by law or our regulators.

• JSAVP will always maintain control over the confidentiality of such information and JSAVP will not retain such information for longer than is necessary.

• JSAVP will not use or share - internally or externally - such information for any purpose other than legitimate business uses.

• JSAVP will not distribute customer information to third parties for purposes of direct mail, telemarketing and related promotions for any reason.

• Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our Privacy Policy and to allow us to audit them for compliance.

• JSAVP will continuously assess to ensure that privacy of our stakeholders is respected and protected.

• JSAVP will immediately inform all stake holders (includes customers and law enforcement agencies) in case of any impact due to violation of Privacy Policy.

• JSAVP will conduct our business in a manner that fulfils this promise in the many nations in which we do business.
