Existing Plant Refurbishment: We help clients with existing plants housed in old layouts, in refurbishing to improve productivity and workflow. We will help in sourcing appropriate machinery from vendors.

Activated Carbon can be produced from any carbonaceous material. The small macro pores structure renders it more effective for the absorption of gas/vapour and for the removal of colour and odour of compounds. Worldwide two types of manufacturing processes are adopted: a) Steam Activation b) Chemical Activation. However Steam Activation process is considered to produce good quality Activated Carbon. The approximate net profit ratio will be 25% to 30%.

Gypsum powder commonly known as POP (Plaster of Paris) is manufactured from mineral Gypsum or Marine Gypsum or Phospho Gypsum. The process involves pulverising, calcination, sieving and packing. For calcination either wood or fuel oil are commonly used.
